- package of oreos (I used original, I'm sure you could go crazy & choose another variety)
- 8oz cream cheese
- package of almond bark (or other dipping chocolate)
- twist apart all the oreos, & scrape cream into a bowl, place cookies to the side
- put cookies into a ziploc bag & crush with rolling pin (I don't have one, I used a meat hammer) to fine crumbs
- cut up the cream cheese into chunks & put in bowl with oreo cream, blend with mixer
- add the oreo crumbs into cream/cream cheese mix, blend well
- make about 1" round balls & place on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Then chill to harden so they're easy to dip
- melt chocolate (once hardened) to dip oreo balls in, then dip! Place back into refrigerator to cool.

**this made 52 balls for me, its supposed to make 36-48 round treats but I guess you can get more or less depending on the size & how well you crumble the cookies.

Next, I think I'm going to try this with chips ahoy cookies. I don't feel like there was enough of the oreo cream to really make a difference in taste. I may do a pack & 1/2 for good measure.
Yum!
